Tiffany Martin’s practice focuses on real estate transactions, commercial lending, complex commercial contracts, and general business matters. Her experience includes the acquisition, disposition, financing and leasing of commercial real estate projects, creating and maintaining business entities and drafting and negotiating contracts for business clients including technology agreements. Tiffany began with the firm in 2014 and in 2017 briefly left to work as in-house counsel for Topgolf International, Inc. In this role she managed all contract related legal matters and worked directly with executives and business teams to achieve business objectives and data privacy compliance issues, including GDPR-compliance.
